Addition of closed waters for the championship on Hebgen Lake. The purpose of this adjustment is to protect additional water (yellow) for the championship in the case that waters within the original area (red) in the Madison Arm are expected to experience elevated temperatures during the championships. If by July 3rd it can be determined that the water in the red zone has already been demonstrated to lower fish catch and reduce fish safety, the yellow zone will be included in the championship and announced at that time. If by July 3rd the future weather conditions appear to be sufficiently moderate and that the water is sufficiently cold to not require the use of the yellow zone it will be eliminated from the championships and opened to official practice during the designated team usage times. In the case that there is ambiguity on the matter the yellow zone will remain closed and a final determination on use during the championship will be announced at the Captains Meeting on Sunday July 13th.
